OneLine (“the App”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how your information is handled when you use the app.

1. Journal Entries

• Your written entries are stored locally on your device

• If iCloud sync is enabled, entries are stored securely in your personal iCloud account

• We do not have access to your journal content

2. Analytics Data

We use Firebase Analytics to understand general app usage, such as:

• App launches

• Feature usage

• Device type and iOS version

This data is:

• Anonymous

• Aggregated

• Not linked to your identity

• Never includes journal content

3. AI Features

Optional AI features (shorten, clarify, rephrase):

• Only operate on text you explicitly provide

• Do not write content for you

• Do not automatically save anything

• Suggestions are only applied if you accept them

AI processing uses on-device Apple models when available. Your text is not used for training.

What We Do NOT Collect

We do not collect:

• Names

• Email addresses

• Accounts or login credentials

• Precise location

• Contacts

• Photos

• Journal content on our servers

Data Storage & Security

• Data is stored securely using Apple’s system technologies

• iCloud sync follows Apple’s privacy and security standards

• Past entries may be sealed to prevent modification

Third-Party Services

The app uses:

• Apple iCloud (optional sync)

• Firebase Analytics (anonymous usage analytics)

Each service operates under its own privacy policy.

Children’s Privacy

OneLine does not knowingly collect data from children under the age of 13.

Your Choices

You can:

• Disable iCloud sync

• Stop using the app at any time

• Delete the app to remove local data
